On-campus health and fitness

The JCC Total Fitness program is a full service health and fitness program dedicated to helping make a better you. Programs are held in the Physical Education Complex. Take advantage of our Life Fitness machines, cardiovascular equipment, treadmills, and other exercise options. The center is staffed by certified instructors who can help you with correct exercise techniques and equipment operation. We also host youth sports camps. Pool rentals are available for birthday parties, groups, and events on Saturdays and Sundays after Total Fitness listed hours.

Total Fitness membership

 Note: The PHED Complex hosts NJCAA sports and community and special events, which may close parts of the facility to JCC Total Fitness members during the year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Open recreation (non-member) cost per visit: $4 (17 years and under), $6 (18 years and older), $15 (immediate family, 5-person limit)
• Students may not purchase a family membership and put their parents and siblings down as family members.
• We also offer auto-withdrawal from checking or savings accounts for yearly memberships. A one-time $20 service fee will be charged on auto-withdrawal payments.

• American Specialties Health Active & Fit: 10% discount on community adult membership
• Fidelis: members submit to insurance company proof of 50 visits in 6 months for reimbursement
• Independent Health: Healthy Benefits: $20 charge for members, Medicare Advantage: $250 for individual membership
• Optum: $0 charge for members
• Prime: $0 charge for members
• Silver Sneakers: $0 charge for members
• Univera: Silver & Fit: $25 charge for members, discount program: 10% discount for six month or one year community adult membership, debit card can be used for any membership
