Super Smash Brothers Playoff Run Ends for Schreve

OLEAN, NY - Jamestown Community College's eSports team saw its Super Smash Brothers run behind Bretten Schreve end Tuesday night following a 3-2 series loss to 8th-seeded Dallas College Mountain View in the Quarter Finals (Round 4). The Jayhawks were able to take wins in Games 1 and 3, but the back-and-forth series would end in Dallas College's favor. The series was a nail-biter all the way through, with all matches being decided by scores of 3 knockouts to 2, with the exception of one, which Bretten won 3-1. Reflecting on the loss, Schreve said, "It's alright. I lost because of my own mistakes, and there's always room to learn."
