James DiBlasi took the controls of the Jamestown Community College (JCC) eSports team in November of 2023.

DiBlasi is a native of Olean, NY and a JCC alumni, who has a memory card full of experience in gaming.

Gaming since seventh grade, James has been to various tournaments in the eSport industry. His accomplishments include placing in the top 32 in a national Halo tournament and winning the title of district champion in Halo, representing all Western New York as a Jayhawk gamer.

DiBlasi has also coached team KGK in the Premier Halo Championship League, where they finished as Division Champions.

At the helm of JCC, James coached various nationally ranked players while leading them to a 29-36 record.

Highlights from his Jayhawk coaching career so far include two appearances in the playoffs including making round 3 of the postseason in Overwatch in the fall and Nationally ranked Super Smash Brother Ultimate player Bretten Schreve taking them to the quarterfinals in the Spring.
