The Jamestown Community College Jayhawks (Div. III, 0-5) traveled to face the Dolphins of Brunswick Community College. The Dolphins scored early, taking a 2-0 lead in the 1st inning. Both teams scored in the 2nd inning and it appeared to be a well matched game, but the Jayhawks' scoring would end and the Dolphins' offense was just getting started. Scoring 2 runs in the 3rd and 1 run in the 4th, the Dolphins held a 6-1 lead but they were still not finished. Scoring 5 runs in the 6th and 1 run in the 7th, the lone score by the Jayhawks in the 7th inning was all but meaningless as the Dolphins crushed the Jayhawks 12-2. #15 Connor Fitzgerald (Carleton Place, ON) pitched 4 innings and gave up 6 runs. Runs were scored by #20 Clayton Maxon (Franklin, PA) and #9 Bram Johnson (Jamestown, NY).
