SANBORN, NY - The final score wasn't indicative of how competitive the volleyball match was between Jamestown Community College (JCC) and SUNY Niagara on Thursday night.
Jamestown lost the game 3-0, but the second set needed to go to extra frames before JCC fell 28-26.
Now down two, the Jayhawks once again took things to the end, with JCC dropping the final set 25-23.
The loss pushes Jamestown down to 2-7 on the year, 0-2 in WNYAC play.
The ladies are back on the court on Saturday, September 27th, when they welcome Hudson Valley Community College, SUNY Adirondack, and Genesee Community College to town for a home POD that starts at 10:00 AM.
